As part of the legal process it is necessary to serve documents on debtors prior to court hearings. This can be an extremely costly exercise for creditors as staff can spend a considerable amount of time travelling to the debtors’ residence to serve the documents. Our network of independent Agents ensure that the process is more efficient and cost effective. Our local Agents have the means to serve documents without having to travel outside their jurisdiction thus saving our clients’ substantial mileage and subsistence expenses. DCS Ltd will charge a fixed fee per document served.
