Inhouse Collections
This enables the client to take advantage of a professional team that can establish contact with the debtor and agree a repayment schedule to clear or settle the debt. A collection process is agreed with the client, which will involve a series of letters, phone calls and texts. Inhouse collectors are trained to negotiate with the debtor to establish a payment plan and in turn to ensure repayments are made in a timely manner.
Doorstep Collections
The doorstep collection process is an essential part of debt recovery in Ireland. It has been established that some defaulters will, for various reasons, ignore the letter and phone call process. Our experience has shown that a considerable percentage of delinquent accounts will, at some stage, require a personal call from a doorstep collection agent.
